Kurds Will Not Kneel nor Surrender :Justice for Rojava Now
The Issue
What is happening to our Kurdish people in Rojava is an urgent crime against a people who value honor, dignity, and freedom above all else. Kurds there are being targeted, displaced, killed, and subjected to sexual violence simply for existing, while the world largely remains silent. Despite this, Kurds continue to stand with courage, refusing to surrender their identity or pride. At the same time, Kurds in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq are being economically punished through the deliberate withholding of salaries, a tactic meant to humiliate and weaken a people who have never accepted submission. Kurds do not beg we demand dignity. We defend our honor, protect our families, and refuse to be erased, whether through violence, starvation, or denial of our existence. This petition centers on Rojava because Kurdish lives there are in immediate danger, but it speaks for all Kurds who will not live without justice, respect, and freedom. Remaining silent means accepting the systematic starvation, silencing, and slaughtering of our people. For decades, Kurds have faced oppression and violence, yet we have shown resilience against efforts to erase our identity. Today, embargoes, blockades, and repression in Iraq, Syria, and Iran are causing severe shortages of food, medicine, and basic necessities, while speaking Kurdish or expressing our culture can lead to punishment. This is not just a humanitarian crisis it is a crisis of justice, human rights, and survival. We call on the United Nations, the European Union, and influential nations to take immediate action: release salaries, provide humanitarian aid, protect civilians, and ensure Kurdish voices are heard globally. The Kurdish people deserve safety, dignity, and freedom. Sign this petition to demand justice for Kurds now.
