As of now, it is completely legal to chain a dog to a tree with no shelter, food, or water. We need to amend our city ordinances in include laws that will provide animals protection from animal cruelty, abuse, and neglect in our town. If we don’t show our community represents the future, we will be a community relegated to tbe past.
