In all honesty PES is a beautiful game. It seeks to recreate the feel of football (or soccer to others) which is beautiful. However the PC version of the game has been getting a lot of terrible ports. Now if the FOX Engine had not produced the wonderful game that is Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, then maybe we would concede that a PC port is difficult. However we have seen that Metal Gear Solid V was a beautiful game. Moreover PES has beautiful ports onto PS4 and Xbox One of which in my opinion is great. However the PC community is forced to play a terrible port.

1. Not only is the port terrible graphically, of which it really is - which cannot be explained because in all honesty (some) PCs can pull off graphics equivalent to/ even better than the PS4 and the Xbox One. Sweet FX and Downsampling can only work to a certain extent and still do not bring out the best in the engine's player models, lighting and graphics in general. They are in retrospect just adjusting the colour, contrast and brightness of the game to give the illusion of change.
2. Not only are we similarly passionate gamers like people who play consoles, we actually go an extra mile to create complete powerhouses that can play and use the maximum abilities of these Next Generation Game Engines.
3. After watching months and months of advertising material, being reading awesome blogs such as WENB, PESFAN and many similar counterparts, to watching and supporting PES through E3 and GAMESCOM, to watching videos on Youtube from our respective favourite game reviewers and players and actually playing the demo on our friends' consoles and seeing the game in a different light. We cannot help but to feel cheated by KONAMI because they have sold us a product that is not what we get.
4. I believe we would rather play a game that has been delayed for a few weeks or at the most a month that is properly polished and is the equivalent of/even better than the New Generation Console ports. Again I will refer to Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, a game made with the same engine but is far far better on the PC than Pro Evolution Soccer 2016.
5. The gameplay on PC feels very awkwardly much like last year with only a quarter of each of the new features being felt. While the Next Generation Game consoles version has gone through a massively noticeable overhaul from last year. It is not as responsive as the Next Generation console version, it doesn't feel as fluid, it does not feel and play like the next Generation version. I believe people who actually play PES, play it for the awesome gameplay over the licenses that you do not have much control over. And if you are seriously going to downplay the one thing that has your fans playing the game, will actually just force them to play the competition more than they play PES. 

Honestly I believe people who are still playing the PC port of Pro Evolution Soccer 2016 are diehard fans that are nonetheless extremely disappointed about the PC port. I believe all we wish from KONAMI is a better PC port for Pro Evolution Soccer 2017 that compensates the standards of modern PC gaming but also compete with the Next Generation Game Consoles. We love and appreciate console gaming and we wish similar love and respect could be given to us by KONAMI and PES productions. I hope This Petition gets enough support to voice out our opinions as we pray for a better PES 17.
