Card inequality between TCG and OCG

Card inequality between TCG and OCG
The Issue
For several years now, the TCG part of Yu-gi-oh! (America, Europe, etc) has experienced inequality to the OCG (Japan, Korea, etc) in the form of rarity changes in the cards. In Yu-gi-oh! packs, you are given 8 random common cards and 1 rare card. In the OCG the number of cards is reduced to 5 cards, 4 of which are common.(After January 2016, it will be 7 random common cards, 1 rare and 1 super rare) Aside from rare and common cards, when opening a pack, one common card has a chance to be replaced with a super rare, ultra rare, secret rare, ultimate rare, or a ghost rare. The main problem with this is that in the OCG, cards with extremely powerful effects such as: Archfiend Eccentric, Rescue Rabbit, Cardcar D, Denko Sekka, are released as either common or rare cards. Because of being so easy to get alongside their powerful effects, they are worth around 400-600 yen. (About 4-6 dollars) However, when these cards were released in the TCG a few months later, their rarities were bumped to all to way to secret rare. (Or Ultra rare for Denko Sekka) Because of this, these cards are often up to 25 times the OCG price. An example would be Archfiend Eccentric, which is worth around 600 yen. (6 dollars) In the TCG, Archfiend Eccentric is worth currently 60 dollars. (6000 yen) That is 10 times higher than in OCG. The reason is because it is a Secret rare over here.
Another example would be Nekroz of Brionac. This card was worth about 2000-3000 yen in the OCG when it came out. However, in the TCG, Konami short printed Nekroz of Brionac to the point where the odds of you obtaining it were once in every 144 packs. That's half a case of booster packs. This lead to the card being worth a painful 150 dollars when it came out, and the harsh part was that you had to have 3 of them or else you couldn't play effectively.
We all understand Konami is a company, and that they want to make money. However, what they are doing with their ratios in the TCG is extremely unfair and greedy. No cards in the OCG ever reach 150 dollars, and decks sometimes will cost 15000-20000 yen, (150-200 dollars) while a deck in the TCG would cost anywhere from 300-500 dollars. Because of this, Konami is effectively demanding more money from the TCG via requiring us to buy more packs to obtain the cards we need to play the game competitively. Just last year, at Yu-gi-oh! Championship Tacoma, Nekroz came out and dominated the meta. It was worth more than 700 dollars. Meanwhile, in the OCG, the same exact deck was worth 30000-40000 yen. (300-400 dollars)
With this petition, I hope that Konami treats the TCG more equal to the OCG with same rarity cards in packs. This does not mean that Konami should make TCG cards the same rarity as OCG cards, or that Konami discontinues TCG/OCG exclusives. The meta between the two deserve to be different. However, they shouldn't be so different in ratios.
Konami, please balance your game's player-base. Both sides of the game need to have an equal opportunity at playing the game. The game should never be decided by who invested more money in their cards. If you don't balance the ratios and stop causing cards to reach absurd prices, either from rarity swapping or severe short printing, you are extorting money from your players who want to play competitively in the TCG.
