Recently the release date of MGSV The Phantom Pain was finally revealed along with the announcement of the collector's editions, which includes Big Boss's highly prized bionic arm replica. However the Western/European releases receive half scale version while Japan receives a full scale version of the replica arm along with an art book.

The aim of this petition is to show Konami that fans from the rest of the world would also love to receive the art book and and the full scale version of the bionic arm as opposed to the half scale version. They are fantastic items and fans from around the globe deserve the chance to own them too.

Also there has been some controversy regarding the Australian collector's edition having a $250 price tag, whereas the U.S. has a $99 price tag for the same set of items. Therefore it would be of great value to add the art book and replacing the half scale arm with the full size arm.

It would be greatly appreciated if this was made possible.
