Guy Savage AKA Snake's Nightmare is a secret hack and slash nightmare sequence minigame from Metal Gear Solid 3: Snake Eater. This nightmare sequence was only playable for the PlayStation 2 versions of MGS3. This is triggered after the scene where The Boss and Volgin torture Snake. Here’s how you can play it: After the torture scene, you’ll be in the Groznyj Grad Torture Room, locked in a cell. Once you’re in the cell, you need to save your game, exit to the main menu, then load the same file you saved your game in the Torture Room cell with. The minigame was written and directed, not by Hideo Kojima, but by Shuyo Murata. It was originally planned to be made as a standalone game, but it was cancelled. The game was also supposedly a prototype for Zone of the Enders 3 AKA Anubis 2. I'm thinking that this game deserves a second chance. A chance to be a good story-driven hack and slash game that will finally see the light of day! We need this game for current-gen consoles, next-gen consoles, and PC. Hopefully, Hideo Kojima and Shuyo Murata can work together to make this game not only just a game, but also...A MASTERPIECE! Although, this may be unlikely to happen, considering what happened between Konami and Kojima.
