Thank you all for the amazing support!  Kohler company sued me because they claim they have the exclusive use of the word "Whistling!!!" They have asked the court to take my entire revenue stream, yes every penny and every dollar I earn for naming my apartment development Whistling Oak Apartments LLC!!!  

Even though the threat would put me out of business, I have not backed down.  My attorney team filed a response on Friday. Now we wait to hear from the court on scheduling various case dates.

We are well on the way to 1500 supporters, can you help me get to that next level???  Please share with as many people as you can. If we keep going then we cannot be ignored!  THEY NEED TO STAND DOWN! HELP ME STOP THE GORILLA!
