I received details of Kohler's request and the monetary requests will put me out of business if they are successful in this lawsuit!!! It includes injunctive relief (i.e. forces me to change the name), actual damages, treble damages and all my profits!!! See an excerpt from the lawsuit below.

Its taken 20 years to get to this great position of employing a team of eight great employees and providing them jobs and income for them to live a great life! And this bullying company is trying to take it all away from me and my entire team!
