Thank you ALL SUPPORTERS of my fight against $9 Billion dollar Kohler.

WE ARE OVER 1000 supporters now!  I have targeted the attorney taking the lead and WE HAVE BEEN NOTICED!  They have reached out and have now suggested (verbally) they would PAY ME a reasonable amount of money to change my business name of Whistling Oak Apartments LLC.  This suggests they have a weak case, they know it, and that they will lose in court!  No one owns the word WHISTLING! Just because they have endless cash should not mean they can just pay me off to change my business name! I WONT DO IT! ITS NOT RIGHT!

Can I count on you to get more supporters!  If we get to 2000 signatures I think I can approach them to STAND DOWN!
