For months it has been the practice of the French company * Kobojo Games * to totally ignore player requests regarding missing items from the online game of Atlantis Fantasy. more than 20,000 players have had various items totally vanish from their online game, following that they have duly submitted a support ticket but the only reply that players have received back from Kobojo games is this >>>** This problem has now been solved ** when in reality it has most definitely not been solved at all. All the players want is what they have paid for and rightfully should receive when payment has been made for those items that have mysteriously gone missing from their games. some players are hundreds of dollars out of pocket because this French company stubbornly refuses to acknowledge the legitimate complaints of thousands of their customers who send in support tickets to have the problem rectified / fixed within a reasonable time frame. personally i am out of pocket because of many missing items as of today, time and again players have asked within reason for this problem to be fixed but so far it has not been and players continue to be ignored by Kobojo games France as the problem is on going and it will continue unabated if this company keeps ignoring support tickets to have this problem fixed and players reimbursed for all of their items that have gone missing. The picture above says it all,showing clearly that none of the problems which have been hi lited in the red square have been solved at all but totally ignored completely by this French company.
