We are starting this petition for food truck parks. We wish to change or amend the Knox County codes in regards to bathrooms versus porta potties. Codes state that food truck parks can have porta potties in the city but not in the county and we see no reason why not. Please help us make all the rules the same for the county as it is in the city so that we all can enjoy good food whether we live in the City or the County.

Powell Food Truck Park is a local family-owned small business in the heart of downtown Powell, TN. We have been closed down due to rules being different in the county compared to the city. We are just trying to bring good food to our local community.

We think that if porta potties are sufficient in the city, it should be the same in the county. Regardless of where people live, they should have the numerous options for food that a food truck park can provide. Please show your support and sign this petition to help amend the rules in the county and to help reopen Powell Food Park.
