Vale to Anne Francis, with her wise and witty help, love for animals and her cat Agatha.  Anne had an AdvoCats letter published, and challenged the councillors denying consultation.  Anne reminded me that the councillors blocking residents on Facebook, and being condescending are 'Roosters today.  Feather Dusters Tomorrow'.  With good advice, strong spirit, and clarity, Anne lifted us all.  Thank you Anne.
