Hi all, a message from our supporter putting together the ombudsman case and a request for you to join:

A group case is now with the Ombudsman.

Each resident needs to individually give their authority to join the case if you're willing (the Ombudsman does not take petitions).

Please copy this sentence: I give authority for Knox AdvoCats to act on my behalf with regards to the complaint to the Victorian Ombudsman case no: C/21/19177     (adding your name, address Or suburb, postcode and email address, and phone number - two methods of contact are needed: phone & email or mail address) with Case number C/21/19177 in the email subject line. Please email to: complaints@ombudsman.vic.gov.au or by mail to Victorian Ombudsman, Level 2, 570 Bourke St, Melbourne, Vic 3000

I have requested that all names and contacts will be confidential to the Ombudsman, not to be shared.  If you would like to read the Formal Complaint please email me to send to you.  I can also post it online for access.

We need many impacted Knox residents to be successful.  Please let other Knox residents know too.
