Help remove Dangerous Dog declaration from Jet

Help remove Dangerous Dog declaration from Jet
The issue
On May 5th, 2015, Jet and Bella, both Siberian Husky, manage to get out from my backyard of my house shortly after 10am. Whilst out, it has been "alleged", with no proof, that Jet and Bella came across a 15 year old cat where they have "killed" this cat. With the pictures provided of the cat and statements from the council rangers, there was no bite mark, blood (on either cat or dog) or any signs of physical damaged done. The cat was then taken to a local vet where it was pronounced dead on arrival but NO autopsy or cause of death done. A call was then made by Fairhills Secondary College where the dogs were playing with school kids (school kids did find me on facebook and provided me with selfies with themselves and the dogs) until the council rangers came to take both dogs. Since then, I visited Jet every single week at the RSPCA. After a long battle, i then decided to comply with the council and went to court last week and pleaded guilty where i received $7459 worth of fines. The following day, I had a chance to go in front of a council panel to explain why Jet should not be classified a dangerous dog. Today, 29th of September, the council notified me that Jet and Bella will be both declared DANGEROUS! This is an outrage. Please help support my fight to get this title removed from a poor innocent 20 month old puppy.
