KNC Miner is a Swedish manufacturing company who is illegally denying customers refunds while claiming all of their customers are businesses without validating their customers as businesses. Swedish law requires all companies to refund their non-business customers if they have not shipped their products within 30 days. Customers who wish to receive a refund are loosing over $10,000 per order for their expensive equipment because KNC refuses to follow the laws of their country.

KNC Miner is shipping unprofitable mining equipment to their customers, but refusing to refund their customers. Customers have a right to a refund when shopping with large companies. Please sign this petition to show that you would like to have KNC offer refunds to their customers for both existing orders and future orders.

The European Consumer Centre in Sweden is also being copied on this letter to help investigate this case.
