We were due for trial on the 14th and now its been cancelled again because Joshua has asked for a plea deal. His lawyer then requested to cancel the plea deal hearing that was on November 3rd because he had three other "big cases" he was working on. I've written a letter to Judge Janney. This is unacceptable.
