Our efforts

When I visited the courts they told me there was nothing I could do about moving the court date closer. They gave me this long arduous explanation that the state sets the date and all of that. I'm keeping the petition up and I plan on bringing it to pre trial just in case the defendant's side tried to ask for any extensions.
