Several years ago I decided to do business with Bop Biz Center, since I was referred to them by a trusted work associated. The business served as a real estate investment business, and provided listings on the Real Estate market that appeared to be great buys. This company is a fraud and a scam. They mislead you by providing false information on these properties, to gain your trust in investing in their  personal properties.They work with their own loan officers and real estate agents.The minute your on board, they alert their loan officers to draft the loan documents to gain them access to the Escrow money. Leaving the investor (You), with ruined credit in the end, simply because you cant get out from under selling the property, that they've drained the escrow money from. All parties are committing fraud, and I have documents to prove such. If you are tired of Real Estate businesses misleading you, sign this petition today.
