The Issue

Commanders,

I played my account for more than 3 years, that was started since War Commander has no map. I almost completed most of units from unlocking it, sickle and events. Most of them are fully maxed. Playing this game through analyzing, research and further testing makes my account became stronger. 

I unlocked the Titan last event, Operation: Red Storm. Upgraded it into level 2 while event is still on. I was on the three (3) days vacation, after vacation I was surprised that my Titan is already maxed! Yes, of course I am so happy for having maxed Titan in instant - though I keep on worried because we are going to war to help our friends and allies. Worried because I am not a gold user, in normal process of upgrading Titan from level 2 to level 4 should be 18 days (http://warcommander.wikia.com/wiki/Titan) and I know I can be reported by other players for having maxed Titan in less than 18 days if I didn't use gold, or I will be tagged as cheater. I decided to send a report to Kixeye Support to notifify them for having system glitch and received auto-reply from their system,

 I would like to inform you that I have Titan level 1 and I am upgrading it into level 2 after event. From level 2 to level 4 should be total of 18 days, but I was surprised when I open it today after 3 days vacation that my Titan is maxed already.

 I am reporting this because I am not a gold coiner, nor cheater, maybe it is one of the game glitch. Of course, I was so happy for having level 14 Titan in instant but I am afraid if someone reported my for cheating because I am not a gold user but how come I have maxed Titan with in less than 18 days after event.

 I played War Commander of more than 3 years and i got this far (Level 37), I don't want to lose this account because of system glitch/bugs. Me and my team supposed to help our friends to other sector but I do worried I might be reported and get banned.

 Please do something for this before some reported me.

Then, I proceed to Sector 23 to help our friends and allies. I played last Saturday, February 8, 2014. I didn't open my WarCom the next day, until today Monday, February 10, 2014 my account is already banned! I've checked my email and i found the notification for support team..

If you could analyze, why I was banned? "We will not share the details of what we caught the account doing or how we detect cheating". I didn't cheat, I never cheated. It was War Commanders system glitch on Titan. On this email thread we are talking about this "KIXEYESUPPORT - 04d6c0dc4485096cb5 - KIX_SPT_0001759064".

I was banned for that support ticket.. I was my ticket from reporting the glitch to my Titan unit. I was frustrated because, It was not the other player you reported me to made me banned, I was banned because I reported the glitch on my account. I was banned because I want to play fair and upgrade my Titan in normal process. I was banned for being honest.

I reported many players using cheats, because I want to play fair. But this is what I got. "I WAS BANNED FOR BEING HONEST". I do hope my account will be back on for signing this petition and by those who are believing in me.. for being fair player.

I played this game for more than 3 years since this game has no map, I love this game.. and I still want to play this. I spend more time and effort to become strong player, to help my friends and other player but this is what I've got. I am disappointed, frustrated and keep on asking "is it bad to be honest?".

For those who are trying to recover my account, help me to get it back. I salute you, Commanders!!!
