Kiska, Marineland Ontario's Lone Orca, needs a companion

The Issue

Although not enforced in Canada, in the United States, an orca by law needs to be housed with a suitable companion in any marine park in the country. Kiska (located at Marineland, Canada) was stripped of her last companion by SeaWorld over a custody dispute in Fall of 2011. She has been alone the entire winter and is still alone. Please help Kiska get another orca (Shouka, another lone female currently in the US who also has her own petition for companionship, would be a great candidate to join Kiska), not on loan from SeaWorld or SeaWorld has rights to, from another park, or another companion such as a pacific white-sided dolphin(s). Orcas are social animals and need companionship, even in captivity.
