My name is Cooper Streb and I am 13 years old. I am starting this petition due to needing to give up my dog because of the way she was raised by the puppy mill workers. Therefore we gave her up to give her a better life. So I am gathering signatures to stop puppy mills. A lot of them are cruel to the animals and their living conditions are terrible such as being confined to squalid. All puppy mills care about is breeding animals and making money. Most mother dogs never leave their cages and spend their whole life reproducing. These dogs are unsocialized and at risk of diseases. When you purchase puppies from pet stores they are often puppy mill dogs. The more dogs that get purchased from pet stores/puppy mills the more dogs they will breed.
