Kipling Park in the Worsley Mesnes district of Wigan has inadequate lighting at night, in fact it has no lighting.

With this in mind and the Winter months fast approaching now is the time to make the Park safer.

This would make it less appealing to teenagers who smoke drugs at night in the park. It would make pensioners feel safer when walking through the park at night. With an increase in sexual crimes in the area it would also make it safer for women and girls at night.

This proposal is for the basic safety of residents of the area.
