Change the difficulty of "Darkmoor" for the online game Wizard101

The Issue

The online game of Wizard101 is an online MMO targeted for younger audiences.

Recently, the company who runs the video game (Kingsisle Entertainment) released a new expansion, as they usually do, called "Darkmoor" The dungeon has effected the audience of the game, teens, causing them to lose sleep, concentration on daily activities and cause extreme anxiety.

The video game has caused an effect of teens, like said before. The instances difficulty is extremely difficult, as its supposed to be. People (not only teens) stress over the new loot the mobs drop.

Asking people how long it takes them to get finished with the dungeons (ages 12-17) said they usually take about 9 hours with a half decent team. The dungeons take time out of your day, when you could easily be doing something else such as spending time with relatives. The game has been targeted for a younger audience, but has turned into a game for younger to older teens, but has also shifted to a more difficult and hardcore MMO (like a softer version of another popular MMO called WoW, World of Warcraft)

The game consists of "Schools of Magic" or classes. The classes are Myth, Death, Life, Balance, Fire, Storm and Ice. Each class has different strengths and weaknesses. If you are a player not apart of the community, you'll have a pretty hard time. If you aren't part of the community (not being able to connect with people through things outside of the game such as Skype) you'll be in a pickle, not being able to even find a decent team to get through the dungeon. It's a matter of if you know people outside of the game or not, which is surely not fair to all. It's discouraging if you spend so much time such as 9 hours and get none of the "loot" and discriminating if you don't have certain gear, stats, ect. Period.

Most teens I've asked said they can't focus on daily things such as homework because they're so worried about this instance and it's loot, trying to become best of the best. A change surely needs to be done with the drop rates, difficulty, ect.
