Mini Mutts Animal Rescue return Serenity back to the rightful owner

The family of the dog name Serenity reached out to me in regards to an agreement they had with Mini Mutts Animal Rescue in the Dallas, TX Metroplex. This family had to rehome Serenity and she was in good health when she was rehomed. The person whom she was rehomed too decided she no longer wanted her and gave her back to the prior owner. When Serenity was returned, she was pregnant and Mini Mutts OFFERED to help with the C-section and RETURN Serenity back to the owner. As of April 23, 2018, Mini Mutts Animal Rescue still has yet to return the dog back to her rightful owner as agreed upon. I have been forwarded all the text messages back and forth  from the rescue and owner. Not only is this one of the issues with Mini Mutts Animal Rescue, they are also notorious about going on Lost and Found Pet groups and taking in found pets. In my opinion, this rescue is very unprofessional and thinks that any animal found is abused and neglected, and don't deserve animals back. In my opinion I would not ever use this rescue nor turn over a found animal to this rescue.

Very disappointed with the professionalism of this organization. I emailed inquiring about a Lhasa apso I saw on pet finder.com. I stressed my concern with the person I was emailing thatI was under 21 years of age and I knew that was a requirement for a lot of rescue groups and adoption centers. The response I received (from whom I believe is the person in charge of this nonprofit) was "not a match" and "lol", and went on to speculate thing about my personal life without giving me the opportunity to submit an application for review. She said that because I was 20 years old, I was going to have a baby soon and the pet could not be live with small children. She also said that she was looking for an older person that has "emptied the nest", even though her post was not clear on these specific requirements, and upon further research of mini mutts animal rescue, the minim age to adopt a pet through them is 18. Overall, not impressed and very disappointed at the level of professionalism and courtesy offered (or not offered) by this person.
