Red Lobster is not being held accountable to pay its employees any form of economic relief in response to COVID-19, and they should be. Many companies in America are jumping to help it's workers in order to do there part, but corporate businesses feel they are exempt. This should not be the case, and everyone who faces hard times due to this illness should recieve relief regardless if they are sick with it or not.

The impact that many of us will feel from this is going to have a lasting effect. It only makes sense that we help each other in this dark times as much as we can. This does not exclude the employers comprising Red Lobster, or other larger corporate companies. They have the opportunity to show all of their employees along with the world how much they appreciate what we have done for them all these years. They have the means to contribute towards the relief of their employees, and they should be held accountable for it.

I know that there are thousands of people that will be harshly affected by Red Lobster closing their doors, as my wife and I are included in that. Red Lobster cannot turn its back on the employees that have worked so hard for them all these years. This petition is to demand economic relief funds for any Red Lobster employees affected by restaurant closures.
