Hello, just want to say, "...its always darkest before...the dawn..." & while I am saddened, to not go home, my mom, 82, having lung cancer & my brother too, my stepdad father all my life @ 87, I've suffered many losses, sometimes you lose to win, I keep faith, I ask you to do so, please, because I will win, prevail, be exonerated & it will be because of you, yes you, in spite of as Mark Clements called it " a shitty judicial system", indeed! Why? Because of you, your work, advocacy, activism going to freeronaldkliner.wordpress com, linking to the change org petition for new trial, your comments, reaching out to media, all, everything & talking about what's happening, protesting, writing letters to Governor JB Pritzker to act, telling friends, family, viewing @ youtube the videos of Oprah Winfrey, CNN, ABC7, I can win despite the lousy cowardly criminal justice system! Judge R. Eugene Pincham fought for me until he died, he told me, "never give up or in" I ask you do the same for me & as Sen. Paul Simon, too, advocated for me until he passed away, do so for me in their memories! Father Michael Pfleger fights for me, David Protess, Natalia, fight with them for me. People outside the system compel it to work, compel the Kim Foxx integrity unit, Kim Foxx herself, to vacate in the interest my wrongful conviction, it be right & long overdue!
I feel sentenced to death again! Now by russian roulette to catch covid! What a farce court was! Asst st atty Rogala lied as to covid @ hill cc/idoc, citing none here! Upon back to my cell after court, immediate lock down, why? 6 staff with...covid! Another inmate arrived...6 am this morning to covid wing! Staff been sick w covid, they come n go, Knox county where I'm at people dying! Staff lives in Knox, goes to it & back. Covid is real at Hill cc. My atty Tara Thompson said nothing! Then to lie further--- do a furlough? We did, with natural life I was denied! Tara knew that, nothing! Then go to gov clemency? I did, have!!!! May, June & August & I put copies, my letters to the screen, did you see them? All sent certified too & Tara aware & knew it, was to of followed up, did not, talk about abrogation!!! I'm pissed, truth wasn't told, it was a farce, I can & will die if I catch covid. What harm, if I was allowed to go home? A shame, a farce. I've done 1\2 my life in prison for a murder it couldn't be more apparent I not only didn't commit but wasn't at to begin with! Then, & this is frustrating, I'm wrongly convicted too bc st attys didn't disclose evidence as to my crooked lying then CPD cop uncle John Apel! Had they, 2\15\1988 I'd of not, NOT been wrongly convicted! Ask why no one in media not looking at the evidence, DNA results, affidavits & brady violations where ccsa offcs, Daley, O'Malley, Devine, Alvarez, now Foxx, hid and knew of the perjury of Apel...& suborned it, WHY media? Barbra Vitello interviewed me @ Stateville when gov Quinn considered clemency based on innocence, she has tapes, video, of me as to Apel....guess what...all I told her...then came to fruition in the motion to vacate wrongful conviction based on brady violations! Oh, as to....John Apel!!! Yet, no story! Ccsa offcs to present protecting Apel, his misprisonment of felonies, including murder, yet he's an aviation cop @ O'hare airport? How & with known mob ties with said person by photo on his Facebook for years, gee Rahm Emanuel I wrote you? Lori Lightfoot? Chgo inspector general Ferguson? What happened? Nothing. Sorry so long, but, to all, thank you, love you respect you & never give up, truth will prevail.
