The Issue
In India, the killing or maiming of stray dogs is an illegal act, as per the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals Act, 1960.
Kerala has asked the supreme court for permission to kill dogs affected with rabies. The supreme court has not yet declared their decision on the same but the people have already started killing dogs in masses!!!
HOW IS KILLING DOGS A VIABLE SOLUTION TO THIS?
Dogs have hearts too, they feel and they express emotions!
Why do we differentiate killing animals from humans when both include CRUELTY towards living beings.
killing any being is A CRIME! IT SHOULD BE COUNTED AS A CASE OF CRUELTY AGAINST BEINGS and not just human beings��
