I created this petition with my mum Lou.

Thank you to all those who have signed & shared so far.

In our first update we mentioned how strawberries are given more protection & respect than women suffering violence, abuse, & then subsequently get murdered by men.

With Grace Tame’s new book release, we watched her interview on TV last nite.

Grace explained that the perpetrator of her abuse continually harasses her & is making threats towards her still to this day.

Perpetrator’s at Thomas Embling Hospital where Henry Hammond is, stalk & threaten their victims & victim’s families. How? By using free phones & internet access given to them.

These “mentally impaired” individuals like Henry Hammond deemed “unfit for trial”, now spend their days creating personal online dating profiles. They then upload them onto the dating apps of their choice & are frequently active on them.

Henry Hammond has been afforded those same privileges.

This demonstrates so succinctly why so many criminals these days use “mental impairment as a defence route”

Henry Hammond is now in the imminent stages of being set for early supervised day release with a view to fast track his release back into the community.

Cumulatively the contextual risk of Hammond killing again is extremely high, given his violent & criminal history & demonstrated lack of remorse.

Absolutely none of this sounds like any form of punishment, deterrent nor accountability for murdering Courtney Herron

John & his family will not know or be told when Hammond is out for the supervised day

IT SIMPLY CANNOT HAPPEN AGAIN .

This is not justice.

The Department of Health failed Courtney. Henry Hammond being released into the community, will result inevitably in another senseless violent crime. He has an extensive history of extremely violent crimes.

It is in the Interests of public safety.

Thank you for your continued support and please continue to share with as many people as possible.

Sincerely,

Loulou and Amy-Summer

Silencing victims is not the answer. Start listening & responding to our voices.
