Kill the Drill, ARC Vancouver stands in solidarity with Wet’suwet’en

The Issue

Gidimt’en Checkpoint in Wet’suwet’en territory has sent an alert that the Coastal GasLink fracked gas pipeline is ready to begin drilling under Wedzin Kwa, the river sacred to the Wet’suwet’en since time immemorial. Gidimt’en Checkpoint asks all allies and supporters to take action starting Nov. 5, 2022.

Drilling under Wedzin Kwa river is a crucial moment for construction. Unlike other pipeline construction work that can be healed and remediated, it is very difficult to remove once the pipeline is in place underwater.

This is a moment to act.  ARC Vancouver, stands in solidarity with Wet’suwet’en. Sign the petition to show your support and share it on your social media with the hashtag #AllOutForWedzinKwa #KilltheDrill
