Dark day for Kilkenny when County Council use such heavy handed measures against concerned citizens. The protest against Central Access Scheme continues. A motion to review the necessity of the scheme is to be voted on at the meeting of Kilkenny County Council at 3pm tomorrow 21st July in County Hall. This is an opportunity for all Kilkenny's elected representatives to do the right thing and listen to the people. It is not too late.
