Kiki Hamann - Refund money for non delivered custom item
The Issue
Grieving mother who lost tragically lost son commissioned custom product from Kiki Hamann which was never delivered. See screenshots of her story below.

(what made these bags custom was that my materails were to be sent to her, my sons jeans and all accessories to decorate the outside, ie, his belts for the straps etc) You see what made these bags so special to me and of a custom nature was that he had suddenly passed away a month earlier and I wanted these memory dog bags for daughters for Christmas. The entire purpose and emphasis was to have used his belongings as a lasting memory for his sisters. I was feeling the girls would be overwhelmed on Christmas when they saw these bags made from there brothers jeans and belongings. I asked her at the time I placed the order if she wanted me to send the box of items I had gathered and she told me no. Kiki stated that when she was ready to stat this project she would let me know to send it mostly because of her own fear the items would get lost in her own disarray. Because of the sensitivity of this order I was more than willing to hold off sending . In the interim I became concerned about kiki and her ethics and the safety of the items I was sending her. I questioned her about some complaints I was hearing about her business and people never receiving there order, poor workmanship, excessive time delay and money received for the order but never receiving a product. Along with rude and terrible communication issues that resulted in no product for the customer. After a lengthy phone conversation she offered me a refund but begged me to give her another chance. The next day I told her I was going to opt for that refund, at that time she said that option was only available yesterday. I was too afraid to send my sons clothing after all I had heard and things she said to me on the phone, ie" I was beginning to think you were using your sons death as a excuse" How do you tell a grieving mother that?' My heart is broken and you say that? God forbid you ever have to bury one of your children, you will never say those words to someone again. So at this point Christmas has come and gone and you have $2,000.00 of my money and I have nothing. How does this make you feel? You are the most dishonest person I have ever had anything to do with on facebook. Shame on you for what you have done to some many trusting people. I am not afraid of what you could do, you can do nothing, you scammed me,you lied, and you stole from me. You don't deserve the right to be on here to continue to do this to others.
