A Development Application has been lodged with Kiama Council for a large, bulky development of 5 entertaining decks, plus a series of 11 separate staircases, 4 fences, and a private security gate leading from a property at Pheasant Point Drive to the public rock shelf and public ocean pool (DA 10.2021.204.1).

The proposed development will be unavoidably visible from Kiama Harbour, Kiama Blowhole, both public ocean pools, as well as many other parts of the beautiful Kiama foreshore. The development will forever change the face of the escarpment which is presently a thing of natural beauty.
