This petition is being initiated for the residents of 4th and 5th Road, Khar West, Mumbai to collectively highlight concerns regarding late-night noise, public nuisance, traffic congestion and parking-related difficulties affecting the residential neighbourhood.

• Take appropriate action regarding excessive late-night noise, wherever violations are established.

• Address recurring late-night nuisance and public disturbance in residential surroundings.

• Ensure roads and footpaths remain clear and accessible, particularly for emergency services.

• Take appropriate action regarding parking or traffic violations, wherever found.

• Strengthen coordination and monitoring in areas experiencing recurring complaints.

• Provide residents with appropriate channels for reporting and following up on repeated issues.
