Let’s make all drive throughs put car registration details on all take away packaging. That way if anyone in the car leaves their litter behind them the car driver can be fined! 

All too often people buy food from a drive through takeaway such as McDonalds or KFC then leave their packaging behind them where ever they park up to eat it.
