The current Honor Code and Dress and Grooming Standards were revised by a committee of faculty, employees, and students in the early 1990's. It's time to give students a voice again and consider changes. The Dress and Grooming standards are outdated. Leggings are not allowed, but are often considered acceptable business dress. Beards and long hair no longer carry the same stigma as they once did, and when groomed appropriately, are respectable. Let's review the Dress and Grooming standards. Let's have a discussion.
