The many loyal fans of the MCU, Marvel, and Bucky Barnes have watched as our favorite cinematic universe has developed and progressed, making way for new characters and stories. With this in mind, the current 45 minutes of screen time for our favorite soldier just isn't enough. Buck's past remains a mystery with only a few clues scattered throughout the Captain America trilogy to give us any hints about the tragic tale of the Winter Soldier. We want to see what happened while Bucky was being trained to be "the new fist of Hydra," and the mental battle he endured against his own self as he resisted Hydra's brainwashing. We want to know the story of how he fought back, despite his inevitable submission. We want the full story of the Winter Soldier. If it's too late to do a Winter Soldier backstory with all of the fast moving development of the MCU, maybe a trilogy of Bucky's future would be possible? Will he be taking on the mantle of Captain America after Steve Rogers? What about taking on the title of 'White Wolf'? At this point, us fans aren't picky. With Sebastian Stan as the role of Bucky Barnes, we'll take him any way we can get. So Marvel, from us Bucky fans to you, please make our dreams come true and give us a Winter Soldier/ Bucky Barnes trilogy.
