As we approach Phase III of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, and the imminent arrival of Thanos, the expanding Cosmic Universe is in dire need of fully versed entities that will greatly help Marvel realize Phase IV. 

After Thanos, Magus, Death, and the Celestials are established, we need the Beyonder, Galactus, The Silver Surfer, Doom, Kang, Annihilus and the Skrulls to tell stories of greater or equal urgency as that of the Infinity Stones. 

Fox will never make use of these characters and even if they do the characters will make little to no sense in the now defunct F4 storyline. 

Fox has nothing to do with the characters and Marvel must buy the rights back. We need this to happen because the MCU - with Doctor Strange, Captain Marvel, GOTG and the Inhumans, is going big on the inter dimensional front. 

Now is the time to commence negotiations. Now is the time we wrestle the rights back to prepare for Phase IV.
