We need our Sumner County Kansas County Attorney to hand this case to the District Attorney so we can prosecute those responsible for broken bones, burns, neglect and torture of an intact female Pit Bull under Magnum's Law. She needs surgery and lots of TLC to survive the ordeal she was subjected to.
