If you have come this far in this petition and are reading this, then you probably already agree that Highway 76 from Cross Plains Rd  leading into White House is long overdue for improvements to alleviate traffic issues.  Just recently, there have been two deaths from traffic accidents on this stretch of road.  And many more non-fatal accidents as well.  Furthermore, we have one housing development that will add just over 700 homes that just began construction.  And the possibility of another on New Hall Rd that could potentially add 900 more homes.  The most pressing concerns of this area are two dangerous intersections.  The first being, 76/Cross Plains rd/New Hall Rd, and the second, 76/Pleasant Grove Rd.  At the very least, both need red lights installed immediately, with turning lanes.  And the interesection of Cross Plains Rd and New Hall need to be aligned properly.
