The Kenyan high commission in London deserves no commendation at all.  The staff are incompetent, unaccountable, uncouth, completely unprofessional and quite frankly unhelpful. The staff have fancy titles but do no work whatsoever. If you ask them to identify themselves they refuse to do so in the fear of a complaint.

Rebecca Toto the Immigration Attache behaves with behaviour that I can only describe as passive aggressive with an over inflated sense of self importance. On the many accounts I have dealt with Rebecca she has shown no accountability whatsoever, incredibly aggressive, rude, arrogant & chaotic. 

I made numerous complaints to the High Commissioner -Manoah Esipisu- in writing and over phone calls and was shocked to find that he was equally incompetent. He directed me to several individuals and each time I was spoken to like an imbecile and told to return to Kenya to apply for a passport and more often than not the phone hanged up on me.

To the Kenyans in the UK, please let's join forces and demand closure or immediate overhaul of the Kenyan Embassy in London. There is no discernible service, especially to the Kenyan diaspora.

Spend a few minutes in 45 Portland Place and you will leave hopeless and frustrated. Just sit and watch how incompetent the staff working at the embassy are to Kenyans needing any service, be it a passport application, a Kenyan ID, or Kenyans in distress coming to seek help in the embassy.

Let’s get rid of the current staff and hire and properly train new staff.

An Overhaul is needed urgently!
