One Acre Fund Kenya Human resource flaunts Labour laws in Kenya and implements organization policies discrimiting against field staff who are a key part of delivering service to smallholder farmers.  and  who are not human resource manager qualified or certified have been making running Kenya HR functions based on emotions and targeting staff who stand against their unethical behaviours. These two should be investigated and moved from holding these positions. One Acre Fund has a bad reputation in Labour courts where they lose 99% of cases or settle out of court due to lack of Human resource ethics by these two individuals.
