According to the article published by the Daily Nation Newspaper on 13th of April, 2018, the only remaining rain-forest in Kenya, Kakamega Forest, is under serious depletion.

Ironically, Kenya Forest Service, an agency mandated to protect the forests across the country is the one giving out licences for cutting down of trees. That is why we are asking you to sign this petition that will remind Kenya Forest Service that they have the obligation to guard our forests using all the resources available.

We have the obligation to save the only existing rain-forest. We have the obligation to save the environment!
