We received a message that there was a dog with a broken leg that needed help in Kentucky. We went through all the proper chains to get Oscar all the help we could and nobody would help, The police said he was in no danger to stop calling it was just a neighbor dispute that he didn't have a broken leg, We contact the Humane Society only to get the same response, He was in no danger he had a family that loved him and kids that played with him. If he had kids that played with him he would not be fearful of everything that he comes in contact with. He has been taken to the vet and the leg that they said was not broken has to be amputated because of the nerve damage and the top of it was raw and bleeding but they said he was fine to be where he was. The vet said if he would have stayed out there one more night he would have gotten frostbite. We need Justice for Oscar we need to hold the Police and Humane Society just as responsible as the owner, they failed Oscar and without the intervention of what was done he would have died. Please help us get Justice for Oscar.
