Disbar Judge Olu Stevens

Disbar Judge Olu Stevens
The Issue
Jordan and Tommy Gray's 3-year-old daughter was watching SpongeBob Squarepants when two armed men broke into their home near Buechel on March 21, 2013, and robbed them at gunpoint. Two years later, the perps were convicted and awaiting sentencing.
After making a remark that the victims were white, Judge Olu Stevens refused to jail the perp, simply because the daughter (whom was three at the time of the home invasion) said she was afraid of black men as a result of the incident in the Victim's Impact Statement. Instead of suggesting counseling for the girl, the judge claimed the parents were fostering racist behaviors, and instead let the perp go (on probation).
The judge intentionally refused to enforce the law based because of his own racial views, and has shown he is unfit to hold the position of judge. He has disgraced the judicial system and left a stain on the community that will last for years. Olu Stevens does not deserve the right to practice law because of this unethical, and possibly criminal behavior.
