I’m going to try and keep this to the point as much as I can, given this is a twofold story of over 13ys this July 2024 and I’m not a writer and have no editor, a home swap into terror, torcher, stalking and sexual abuse, reporting to Camden Council and Kentish Town Police Station London, starting the day I moved in Tv stolen from outside the flat door which happened within the property, small mansion block one entrance, small hallway, it could only take place from within, same week 2 cycles reported to KT station,  thereafter life was hell, the tenant I swapped with, soon spoke up saying she had problems with the tenants, bare in mind I had just won a court case at my former address for ASB of over 7y, moved to start again find peace, so it's not 13y but just about 21y,  instead I was put straight into another situation and Camden Council knew this and so did the homeswapper, these people wanted me out, kept up all night, purpose banging, people in/out all hours, the children staying there were screaming scared all the time, I was then warned by 3 separate neighbours, there were gangs of families living in the block at holly lodge that are thieves drugs whatever else and to be careful, I couldn't afford to move again and why should I when I just did that, leave a beautiful home, it turned out one of the group is a family member my brother, why I was wanted gone from day one due to his lifestyle unknown to the family, it has gone to the point where my brother has now lost the plot gone psychotic  with homicidal ideation repeatedly in a frenzy, continually stalking following me round the flat, toilet, bathroom, when I sleep 24/7 to this day with friends in toe,
The beginning 2011 to date - 5 Incidents:  
Man screaming all night for his child to breath continually, very scared and hearing another neighbour on the phone speaking about it, I rang the police asked if anyone else had rang about it, they said yes and to tell them what I know, I did they came round instead I was taken away, it was a game they pretended to be asleep, I recorded the evidence my ex-husband is a sound man he bought it up and give them a copy on CD, this was the start of my nightmare and the police calling me mad in-turn causing this 13y rabbit hole,
Scaffolding was placed outside of the property, early hours of the morning my brother went onto it, to get into my bedroom, neighbour below screaming, I froze,

My mother's funeral - 6th October 2019 Grenada, Virgin Atlantic, I arrived in the Caribbean around end of September 2019, my brother and friends came stalked, terrorised me at her home where I stayed, neighbours were commenting on what the hell is going on at night, they were under the property my brother beating on the young boy and the wild dogs that would not leave them be..  
My Father's funeral 7th August 2019 Grenada, Virgin Atlantic, I arrived 23 July 2019? My brother was not meant to be at the funeral, it was known by the family he was not there, he did not turn up, but he was there again stalking with his friends, at night coming to my window etc.  
 
I have spoken to a very close friend whom I holiday with every year, a couple Interpol Danish, I have been assured it does not matter the dates the people on the flights can still be obtained, therefore the people who have been terrorising a long with my brother names can be easily found, 
 and I can go on as it's been 13y of hell but just giving an outline, reported to the police nothing, told I’m a mad woman, even with mountains of evidence, recorded evidence,
the screaming man / family quickly moved out stating, it's over move on, she knows (ME), he did not so some of the group left some stayed in the flat above threatening and terrorising myself to this day, what’s funny the police are saying I don't know who my own brother is... 
The two-fold   
The new tenants a family 2 young children and a baby on the way, I was happy given we are told when moving in there is no sound proofing and everyone can hear, it's like living in a house, you hear everything, so I knew they would soon complain, I was soon asked by them what going on with the tenants above and how many living there, didn’t want to say too much so I told them they would soon find out, again I was approached by the man asked what’s with the banging the metal thing, I said phone the police, third time I said there after me, the woman waved her fist and said were here they can't do anything, I kept saying phone the police tell them what you know, a sudden turn they became wild, people in and out, orgies etc.. Please bare in mind these are one bed flats offered as two, a single bed cannot be put into the second room, tiny with 3 kids and people continually staying with no soundproofing, I was put into a position where I couldn't complain after all I was the mad woman decided by the police and Camden who didn’t even know whom my own brother is.. now nearly 13y I still don't, going to work a responsible job coming home to 2 flats above me in hell, I been a zombie, hair fallen out, teeth cracked in my sleep etc. 
That boyfriend left and the hell got worse with the kids, with her 24/7 orgies people in and out people coming to see the kids, they scream to get off, screaming together for help, screaming hours of the morning, people arriving soon as school is over, waiting, men, women in/out, other families and kids moved in with them, there was also talk of another house,

Men continual screaming in fits with what is taking place  
Children called out of the bedroom when orgies are taking place  
Male told don't says the kid's names when called  
Kids beaten for fun (also weekend groups)  
Drugs selling and taking something called Rock?  
The mother torches and abuses the kids, her call to them were ‘come here you f...ing little c..ts  
Son screaming at the mother to stop, or she’ll kill his sister  
 
She did not care what I heard she knew what was happening with my brother and she used the moment, as she once said to friends it's a brother and sister thing and laughed, like the police and Camden she used the fact why I home swapped, she became out of hand so I complained but of course I was mad, lucky the neighbours began to complain, it was out of hand, they also were ignored, at that point I didn’t know this, the usual games whereby I had been flooded over 6 times, one on Christmas day, the floods were so bad they entered the neighbour below me, we’ve had fire engines you name it, they said somethings not right given were the taps were and the floods, my neighbour had enough, I had been writing complaints to Camden for years, the police for years and I have been recording documenting for years, everything names, car numbers, photo’s, reported to Camden services to no a vail, tried contacting the papers nothing, the kids were getting older, problems started at school, she was again laughing with her friends who lived there about receiving money, the kids coming from school to abuse and orgies, I get home from work around 7-9pm orgies were full on,   
around 8th October 2024 I recorded this situation,

· Louise: you don’t know what love is, a few choice words...I told you to scare him, rough him up a bit not terminate him, a few choice words etc...   
  
after this incident, the older daughter was kept of school, please remember if I can hear and record the kids are hearing everything,   
  
Because of these recordings a new threat to kill me has been voiced by these people hmmm...  
  
Also, descriptions of person in the properties were given to Kentish Town Station...  
  
Flat 68, day one lots of people as soon as she moved in, at present  
Male 1: dark brown, 5’7inches about, tattoos old school tear drop school, India, Somali?  
Male 2: dark brown, skinny, 5’5 -5’7 Somali?  
Male 3: white medium build, 5’7 – 5’9 eastern European  
Female: white medium build 5’2 – 5’4 shoulder length hair mousey brown, may go by the name Mira or so she's called,  
Child: Boy 3-4ys long hair mousey  
There have been others living their children and adults these changes.  
Celina young girl, Robert other male and so on and on and on  
  
People have been routinely in and out of this flat 68, there is a recording of older East European men arguing in their native tongue, which left the rest of them and the kids in the bedroom for days, with mad abuse taking place,

Once again, my reporting was ignored, because of being ignored for 13y I took to writing statements and recording handing them into the police station, I wrote to the Housing Ombudsman and started a case which is ongoing, stage1 and stage 2 review has taken place Camden apologising  saying they have no information on my complaints and offered £550 which I refused and have now taken it to the next stage and waiting, before Christmas 2022 the kids were taken away, I was told by the neighbour from Camden housing it was something the boy did, they blaming the boy for everything knowing the 8ys of hell his mother has done to me to these kids, apparently the child is being blamed when I have evidence of his abuse coming out of my ears what’s more recorded evidence,  
on Friday the 3rd march 2023 I took another statement into Kentish Town police station because I’m still living in hell, day to day not knowing if I’m to be killed and thing have heated up once again, I was not surprised when I was told there was not information on my reporting over the years at the station, just the same as Camden Council no information and that the CAD numbers I was given were void wrong and could not be found, except for one where I reported a letter sent to me anonymously about my computer being hacked, I’ve had texts, vile letters property damage etc.. Shown, kept and ignored, the funerals of my parents terrorized and stalked a whole other story of what they did, I was told by Kentish Town Police to go online and write out 13y of complaints again, start again, I recorded this conversation,  
so I recently put in a complaint through IOPC police complaints, I also put in a complaint to the IPCC in 2013 and like most people alone I was wrong the police was right even with concert evidence,  I believe given my complaints for nearly 13y come July 2024 the police and Camden know I have been telling the truth and wish to cover up what they have done and not done, there is so much more to tell of the terror taking place, I was abused as a child and this was used against me, by my brother the thing he's done and the Police and Camden but I had and given my age laid to rest my past, so to use me as an escape goat, for what is taking place no can do sorry, blaming the victims past and leaving me to rot, 
Camden Council say there are no one living in the properties, yet I’m still recording the hell and on the 20.02.24 my neighbour came into listen and of course heard the people in the flats,  
I believe if I were not a black woman, black on so called black crime, it would have been dealt with differently and not left for so many years, I will not let those kids grow in mind and body into hell and be blamed, nor myself, I came to this property in my fifties, I now sixty, in the last year's I've had a grandson with leukaemia cancer at Great Ormond's hospital, I've had to keep what's going on secret, my heart is still beating so many times I thought it would stop, I'm here.

I would like truth, justice and peace, I truly need your help to petition the Government to get this Pandor's nightmare what the police and Camden Council have coursed and tried to cover up, justice, to help me open the case of evidence and reap justice for years of abuse and the lives of children.
