If you live in Seasalter or Whitstable, The chances are, you have to negotiate Church Lane at least once or twice a day. It has to be, not only the worst road surface outside the third world, Potholes, lumps bumps splits and every other bad thing a road can have, but to make things worse, if you meet a large Van or SUV, it's virtually impossible to pass without reversing, or scratching your paint on a branch, or totalling your Alloys. To add insult to injury, there are "Ironic" Speed Humps and Metal Bollards. This Road is a DISCRACE, and violent rows happen on a daily basis between angry drivers who either refuse, or are incapable of reversing their Vehicle! I urge you to sign this petition to get the Road repaired, and widened to an acceptable width to pass safely and with ease. It's important! and it is our right as road tax and council tax payers to have a safe road that does not break every moving part of our cars!
