Each week a child is run-over by a car at the Victoria Traffic Lights some are minor and others are major as am writing this petition a student is been Air lifted after been run-over by a council car.

I ask myself this question how many children should die, disabled or traumatised before the council take action 

I have been camping and complaining for 7 years for a pedestrian traffic lights to be fixed

in 2014 I was assure by a delegation from the council including the local MP and our local councillor that action will be taken  in other to stop the life been lost but to my surprise  yet still I am been ignored by the authorities 

Looking at the recourse used each time an accident happened for example today more than 20 utility vehicles where present and a helicopter worsts of all this child could suffer for the rest of his life due to the injury sustain and the trauma he will have and many more children and adults who have been run over during the past 

am appealing to the authorities to take action and safe life

why are we paying council tax if the KCC cannot make our environment safe
