I would like to petition my neighbor in 423 Sikatuna Bliss Phase 2 Barangay UP Campus Diliman Quezon City Philippines due to their actions of buying "Shabu" or Crystal Meth in our community, also smoking marijuana in our hallway compound building and also pot session in their home that nothing cares to her mother and also their neighbors. no one in our neighbors are bravely to complain in our Barangay Captain and also in the police because of our conscience and also to her mother. But their actions are still continuing to buy and use illegal drugs in the said location. Please i need your fully support for my petition and to resolve the illegal drugs in my community. Changing our lives comes to ourselves not to destroy it! just to build it and having a new good and simple life. Thank you for the time.
