For over year, Kemptville has had a tremendous animal welfare issue on their hands involving Stony Creek Farm. This farm has stolen, neglected dozens of horses, and even has a handful of deaths on their hands since it opened in the fall of 2019, and yet when Kemptville OPP are presented with evidence this, they have brushed it off and forgotten about it.

Those of us who have had horses neglected in their care, are sick and tired of fighting a losing battle. I’m sure most people have seen at least one of the countless posts that have circulated the internet, warning others to stay far away from this place. The photographic proof of neglected and beaten animals CANNOT be dismissed any longer. When people who do not even know eachother can come together with correlating stories, you cannot ignore the issue any longer.

Anyone who has left this facility has a bad story to tell; from their horses losing their lives due to neglect, to threats and blackmail from the owners, personal items being stolen, many people who have not even boarded with them can even tell you their own bad story. This truly has gone on for far too long, and every horse; the ones that were lost, the ones that have recovered, and the ones that are still suffering - ALL deserve justice.
