For existing MM2H holders who have already obtained approval and hold valid MM2H visa to be exempted from the newly announced policy and to ensure any related official procedures to be aligned and executed based on previous application terms and conditions as per shown in existing MM2H Approval Letter, inclusive of guarantee of a timely visa extension. Mandatory to oblige and fulfill to the new policy must not be implemented for current MM2H holders.
